Greek Judicial Board

The Greek Judicial Board has the responsibility of hearing all complaints resulting from the actions of any chapter affiliated with the Interfraternity Council or the Panhellenic Association at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It is the purpose of the Judicial Board to uphold all policies that govern the Greek Community. Both IFC and PHA have their own judicial boards. The IFC Judicial Board is governed by their Chief Justice, Daniel Goldfield, while the PHA Judicial Board is governed by its Chief Justice, Alison Peters.

Anyone has the ability to file a complaint against chapters affiliated with the Interfraternity Council or Panhellenic Association. The Complaint Against a Greek Chapter form can be found on the Panhellenic Association's Wisconsin Involvement Network page. If you are unable to access that form you may send an email to the Judicial Board Advisor, Larry Brown, and he can send you a PDF form to fill out. For both judicial boards, once a complaint has been filed, a decision to move to dismissal, mediation, or hearing will take place within 7 calendar days. If a hearing is needed, a Chief Justice will make arrangements to schedule the hearing.

If you have any questions with the process, please contact:
